- Rates are for a
maximum of four (4) persons
including infants.
|
- HOLIDAYS
& SPECIAL EVENTS MAY
REQUIRE A MINIMUM LENGTH OF
STAY AND MAY BE THE
HOLIDAY, PEAK OR IN SEASON
RATES: Memorial Day, July
1-4, Mini lobster July
26-28, Lobster season, Aug.
5-19, Labor Day, Sept 2-5,
Thanksgiving, Christmas and
Easter.

- To reserve a unit
for three(3) weeks or less,
a $300 deposit is
required.
|
- To reserve a unit
for four (4) weeks or more
a $600 deposit is
required.
|
- The deposit will be
returned after the unit has
been cleaned and inspected
for any excessive cleaning
or damage.
|
- The full rental
payment is due 21 days
before arrival which is
non-refundable. If rental
is cancelled, only the
reservation deposit will be
returned. All long term
cancellations (four weeks
or more) must be given 90
days before arrival date.
If unit is rebooked, rental
payment and reservation
deposit will be returned
minus a $50 handling
fee.

- If the tenant leaves
early FOR ANY REASON,
return of rental monies is
by owner's
discretion.
|
- A list of rules and
regulations, plus an
agreement/contract stating
that tenant has read these
rules and will abide by
them while at Sea Isle,
will be sent out with the
confirmation. This
agreement is to be signed
and returned before check
in.
|
- Payment to be made
by Check, Credit Card,
Money Order or Travelers
Check.
